This charmingly and comfortably furnished apartment is on the outskirts of the idyllic little town Crivitz, in the Militzhof area. The site is right in the forest by the lake Militzsee, on am asphalted track.
Owing to the wonderful surroundings, this place is also suitable for cyclists and bikers. There is space to park bicycles and motorbikes. A rowing boat is available for use on request. There is a small farm with animals on the second row. The branch off from the track towards the building is not asphalted. There is a free parking space in front of the house. The owner lives on site. The lake is about 40 metres from the site and you can go fishing, swimming, rowing there (or even diving). The surroundings provide hiking and cycling possibilities. Bicycles can be rented in Plate, with a drop-off and collection service.
The apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house (yellow side, see photo), with a separate entrance on the ground floor. The apartment consists of two rooms and has around 83m² of living space. Apart from the bathroom, the flooring is laminate everywhere. The entrance area on the ground floor and wooden stairs with 18 steps lead to the hallway that the bathroom and living room branch off. The spacious living room opens directly onto the balcony with a view of the lake. A table and folding chairs are available here. The little bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Two further people can sleep on the sofa bed in the niche between the bedroom and living room. The sofa bed in the living room can also be used as a bed. The fireplace stove in the living room provides pleasant warmth if required. We provide firewood. The night storage heating also provides warmth on cooler days. The semi-open, spacious kitchen has a built-in kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, electric grill, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and radio. The cosy dining group seats six people. The generous bathroom is fitted with a corner bath, shower and WC. The living room, bedroom, hallway and WC afford a view of the lake. You can share use of the lawn that the balcony looks out over. Garden furniture is provided.
You can purchase a fishing permit for Militzsee and the other lakes in the area in Crivitz. Restaurants, bars, public transport, shops, a hospital, doctors, petrol stations etc. can be found in Crivitz about 1.5km away. The Crivitz horse park about 1km away offers riding lessons on request. A range of culture, gastronomy and sports facilities are available in the beautiful regional capital Schwerin about 17km away along the well-maintained B321. The town Parchim is also about 20km away along the B321. The baroque castle in Ludwigslust is about 45km away and it is ca. 60km to the Baltic Sea. You can play golf in Vorbeck ca. 10km away. You can ski at the skiing hall in Wittenburg (ca. 60km). It is about 60km to the nature and environment park in Güstrow.
